so obviously xxx company trains their employees to spell out details using place names.
so i was supposed to give my email address:

me: ...... m-e-i
lady: ok, malaysia, england, india
me: w-o-n-g
lady: washington, *very pregnant pause* orange, norway, germany?
me: um yeah. that's right. at gmail.

HAHAHAAHHA
ok i know it's not very nice to laugh at her. but surely she should have trained hard enough. i mean 'o' isn't that exotic a letter. she managed 'y' (i can't remember what she said for 'y' but it was something credible) for goodness sake.
