right so wednesday night my brain became completely saturated and suddenly everything was illuminated! i get anatomy!! woooooooooo!!! i think alex was quite scared by how much i ate when i was studying :S

thursday was really when i realised i wasn't stupid. hence the starting line of previous entry. theo gave us a mini test during supervision and i actually got 16/20!! woooooooooo!! haha considering the highest mark was 18 (duh alex!) i was quite pleased with myself. like i could remember stuff!! so that night i tried to study out of mcminn's to identify structures on prosections and stuff and it was just a big brown mass to me. i hate that atlas. i don't think anything went into my head that night. it didn't help that i was feeling mildly confident after the test. it also didn't help that i was feeling excited after Some Kind Of gossip. heh heh hehhhhhh

friday morning we had anatomy mcq test! technically not a test but i took it like one. anddddddd i wasn't too stupid! i got 94/102 which i think is quite respectable :) nehhh but i felt quite bad cos then all the other medics were like: we don't want to be your friend anymore!!! :( then steeplechase in the afternoon which was such a draining experience. i was sooooo happy because
1. i could identify most structures
2. i could actually remember details regarding those structures!!
i got 133/160 which i was EXTREMELY happy with because i beat my sister's first steeplechase by a point! wooooooo!! yes i'm a competitive arse. i can't help it. yup then everyone else was going on about how impossible my mark was and making me feel quite paiseh. but i was really so happy and thankful because i worked my ass off. while the rest of them were still having fun watching borat and partying at cindies. so. welcome geek life and goodbye social life. haha but you have no idea how relieved i was to discover that my brain is still functioning!
