i must say that i really enjoyed the concert. both as part of the audience and as a performer. even though the place wasnt exactly large, the atmosphere was really cosy. and it's always nice performing for the people who matter to me. :) it was really alot of fun.. all the practices, rehearsals and the final thing. nus medicine is full of overachievers, as ymw said!

thank you kaiping for taking the initiative to come up with the concert, it was quite a success! and you were really good, the best pianist last night!

thank you sarabird, ymw, steph, yanling, peilin, xinrong, waijia, milton, wings, lizhen and everyone else who were there, i hope you guys enjoyed the concert as much as we enjoyed performing for you :)

and thank you cheow, for asking me to accompany you. erhu king, you were too good! totally owned rjxx girl, as i've already said. it was seriously great fun :)

we were singing this in church today, (i think i might've mentioned this before but i cant remember la) and i really like this song. both the lyrics and the melody.

on a side note, i was sorting out vanessa's songs (all those i koped from her external hard drive long LONG ago) and she really has some gems. alas, i am too lazy to continue and so i shall leave them for now.

i just finished reading the book on how to have a meaningful quiet time which wai jia bought to pass around the prayer group, and there were a few parts which really struck me. i need to stop spending time thinking about things. especially when people dont want to talk about them, and they very obviously will not resolve by themselves. which means things i cannot do much about. or can i?

start studying, bird.
